Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or special-order aircraft models.
- Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
- Damaged items caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Contact GlamXsNest within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate an exchange.
